Why did I choose this profession?

I choose to be a facilitator because I love to help other accomplish their goals. They are a lot of factors that a person has to take into consideration to want this profession. It is a lot of responsibility to become a   facilitator. Specially for ESL students that for generations have been subordinated to learn the language. these ESL students need the encouragement of everyone that surrounds them. I have the potential to help does students to come to my door. Also, I know that my doors will be open to new experiences, to learn and teach others the language.To see other's feel the satisfaction of accomplishing their objective gives me great satisfaction. It would be a blessing to see students develop.
